Cookies

A cookie is a small file the site asks your browser to keep. This page lists every cookie AgriCircle Ghana sets — there are no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing here reports to a third-party analytics service.
Strictly necessary Always on
Keeps you signed in, remembers your place in a form, and protects requests against cross-site forgery. The site cannot work without these, so they are not optional.
| Name | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
sessionid | Your signed-in session. | 30 minutes of inactivity |
csrftoken | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | 1 year |
agricircle_cookie_consent | Remembers this cookie choice so we stop asking. | 6 months |
Preferences Off
Remembers the language you chose so you don't have to set it on every visit.
| Name | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
django_language | The display language you selected. | 1 year |
Your choice
Strictly necessary cookies can't be switched off — without them you can't sign in and forms can't be protected. Everything else is up to you, and you can change your mind here at any time.
Cookies other companies set
Some of the styling and interface code on this site is loaded from public software networks (jsDelivr and unpkg). They do not set cookies on you, but like any web request, loading a file from them reveals your IP address to them. We are moving these files onto our own servers so that stops happening.
Turning cookies off in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, signing in will not work — that is a limitation of how sessions work on the web, not a choice we made.
